Enemy at the Gate

CRC HOA representatives John Richards and John Paximadis confronted Vinay Bose at the gate to the Equestrian Center Property after he put-up a sign indicating that owners of trucks and horse trailers who wished to park on the Equestrian Center Property needed to call ahead to reserve space. Although there is a video of the encounter that speaks for itself, some parts of the exchange are a little hard to hear and we have provided a transcript of what was said below for your information:

BOSE: Unlock my gate?

RICHARDS: Yeah.

BOSE: I don't need to.

RICHARDS: That's not going to work. Horse trailer park and...to reserve please call. No reservations needed. They have the access rights to come right in here and park. That gate is supposed to be open.

BOSE: Okay. You have anything else?

PAXIMADIS: [Laughing in the background]

RICHARDS: Nah, Nah we will see you in court.

PAXIMADIS: That's easier for him too.

RICHARDS: You just made up my mind. If you think that is going to get you around that crap. It won't. We will see you in court now.

BOSE: You will? So, are you going to sue us?

RICHARDS: Yeah. Yeah, we are.

BOSE: Good to know. Thank you.

RICHARDS: But we won't be the only one. The County is coming after you now.

BOSE: County is too. Okay. Thank you.
