Purpose of this Website

We have created this website as a means of providing factually accurate information to the subdivision's property owners since it is obvious that selective information - or no information at all - is being provided to them by the CRC HOA and its representatives. Learning the facts in a way that has not been filtered is crucial and as best we can tell, owners are not being fully and fairly informed properly by those who wish to exert unlawful control over the equestrian center property. CRC owners should take the time to review this site and understand the issues so they can avoid becoming involved in costly litigation which would be completely unnecessary in the absence of the overreaching by the CRC HOA and others who are trying to limit the ability of Mommies to make a viable business use of the property that it owns.

Mommies tried its best to resolve this matter in the most cost-effective way possible when its owner, Vinay Bose, wrote all CRC property owners in March of 2018 informing them of the issue caused by a certain Agreement Regarding Development that was recorded outside of Mommies Properties' chain of title two years after it purchased the equestrian center property and requested that they execute a quitclaim deed releasing any interest they may have solely by virtue of that document. The cloud being created by the Agreement Regarding Development and the CRC HOA's insistence that it and other legal documents bind the Mommies Property has left Mommies, Bose and Mommies' lender, FH Partners, with no choice but to institute the pending Quiet Title Action.

Attorney Larry Oldham sent a follow-up letter dated August 6, 2019 to all CRC property owners informing them of the situation and asking for their cooperation.
