Those of you who have been following this website - or who have just learned about it and the seriousness of this matter - should be aware of some things as we head towards the end of this week.
In an effort to provide everyone with what they need to make an informed decision, we activated this website months ago and made the CRC HOA and its counsel aware of its existence (we also notified CRC residents about it in a mass mailing we sent out in early August of this year). In addition to including relevant information as early as January of 2019, we have continued to make modifications and posts to this website over the past several months.
Most recently, we made a number of posts and modifications to this website over the past month or so and have provided a secure mechanism to collect sign-up information from CRC residents. Some of those posts and modifications have been to clean-up certain technological issues like the sign-up form not displaying properly on Safari browsers (I just learned about this yesterday evening) and getting the most updated versions of the proposed documents onto the site (there were a few drafts that went up in the past day or so that either included more than what was intended, were missing some Exhibits or needed other minor corrections).
It is clear to us with the flurry of activity since this past Thursday - when the CRC HOA finally did what it should have done months ago and sent an
informative communication to all CRC residents letting them know, in a manner of speaking, that "Houston, we have a problem" - that this matter likely could have been resolved in a reasonable fashion long ago if not for the unwilliness of a number of irresponsible HOA board members to deal with Bose, Mommies Properties and FH Partners in a reasonable manner. We are truly sorry that it has come to this, but a review of the record will show that we have been trying for 18 months to avoid what we are now being required to do by your HOA and its rogue board members.
Fortunately for all involved, the CRC HOA has new counsel and appears to be listening for a change, with this past Friday's communication, which is something we have been requesting for more than a year, finally bringing these issues to the attention of the residents, who are the members of the CRC HOA. We are going to be mediating this dispute in early January in good faith with the hope that we can resolve it in a mutually satisfactory fashion. Whether or not we are able to do so, those of you who get on board now by expressing your intent to be cooperative will avoid much of the potential misery to come and we hope that you take advantage of the second-chance opportunity we are giving you.
