I received a telephone call on October 15, 2019 from CRC Resident Richard Ford telling me he was planning on signing the Quitclaim Deed and advising me of some typographical errors in it. I sent him an email thanking him for the feedback and letting him know that I would be updating the information on the website. He was having some cache issues on his computer and contacted me a couple of more times where I confirmed that everything was updated. This all seemed innocent enough and I thought nothing of it.

A little after noon on October 16, 2019, I received this letter from Kimberly Cofer Butler, counsel for the CRC HOA, which speaks for itself. Smelling a rat, I sent a response which also speaks for itself.

Can somebody please tell me what is going on? I must be missing something big here and I simply do not get it.
