Every time we think we are done making posts to this site, we learn something new that makes us reconsider. CRC residents keep calling Larry Oldham and letting him know new things that are really hard to believe.

It is painfully obvious at this point that the leadership of the CRC HOA has shirked its responsibilities to its members and has hung them out to dry big time. The anger this should evoke in residents of the neighborhood is best illustrated by a short clip from one of Oldham's favorite movie scenes. If it were up to Bose, Mommies Properties and FH Partners, the CRC HOA's current leaderhip would have been run out of office a long time ago and informed members should agree that a moment like this is appropriate for the rogue officers and directors who have overstepped their bounds and put them in this spot in the first place, leaving them in the dark and holding the bag.

In all seriousness, we recognize that this is a good bit of information to process in a relatively short period of time given the failings on the part of the CRC HOA and many of you residents want to know who to trust and why. The information you need is all over these web pages and in case you have not seen them anywhere else, there are two videos you need to watch. The first occurs at the gate to the Equestrian Center Property as the final straw in a coordinated campaign calculated to put Mommies Properties out of business and the second is from the final public forum on September 26, 2019.
