To learn first-hand about the issues in this litigation, you are invited to attend one of our three scheduled public forums at Old Atlanta Recreation Center, 810 Nichols Road, Cumming, Georgia 30024 starting at 7:00 p.m. on September 19, 2019, September 24, 2019 and September 26, 2019. These sessions are limited to 150 people and will be on a "first come, first served" basis until we reach seating capacity. Since there are nearly 2,000 residents in the CRC Subdivision and we do not know how many to expect, we will be providing you with the ability to reserve your spot when we post the next comprehensive revisions to this website.

The purpose of these public forums is to educate the attendees about the legal issues and facts and circumstances involved in the Quiet Title Action. Since we believe in free speech and inclusivness, we have invited opposing counsel to make their own presentation at the public forum and representatives of the County also have been invited to attend. The sessions will include a question and answer portion of the presentation where we will be responding to any questions that are asked of us.

Please be aware that while we will be videotaping one or more of the sessions and making that information available on this website so those who are not able to attend but want to learn more will be able to do so, no one in the audience will be videotaped or identified in any manner whatsoever without their prior knowledge and express written permission. We hope that CRC residents and others will take advantage of these opportunities to inform themselves.
