Larry Oldham spoke at three public information forums hosted by Mommies, Bose and FH Partners to which they invited all residents of the Chattahoochee River Club, their counsel, Forsyth County and members of the general public. The purpose of the forums was to allow attendees to learn more about why individual residents of the neighborhood are going to be required to be joined individually as parties to the Quiet Title Action unless they relinquish any claims they have to the Equestrian Center Property by virtue of the Agreement Regarding Development.
