How to use this Website

This website will be the primary means of communicating with Chattahoochee River Club property owners who are not yet parties to the litigation. Whenever you see words or phrases that are highlighted in light blue, please be aware that same are what are commonly known as hyperlinks which will take you to additional information when you click on them.

The purpose of the website is to make sure that all of you have the opportunity to make informed decisions about the issues in this Action and that you are able to educate yourselves without the filter or "spin" applied by the CRC HOA or its attorneys. None of the Plaintiffs in the Quiet Title Action have a desire to expand these proceedings beyond what is absolutely necessary to obtain complete relief and as will be explained in more detail in future updates, we have been left with no choice but to proceed in the manner we have.

We are not sure how many of you, if any, are reading this information but if you are, we encourage you to share the link to this website with your friends and neighbors. We have put together two mass mailings so far, the first of which occurred in March of last year and the second of which occurred last week. As you can imagine, the expense and effort involved in mailing information to 620 or so individuals is cost-prohibitive and requires significant resources. Me and my family have handled both of the mass mailings and I spent more than 20 hours preparing the letters you received last week, signing them and stuffing envelopes, not to mention the costs of the paper, envelopes, printer toner and stamps. All of you should be aware of this informational website and it is your responsibility to educate yourselves and stay informed.

This website is a work in progress and as we are updating it, there may be times when some of the pages are inaccessible or some of the links do not work. If you find this to be the case, simply revisit the site or clear your browser's cache, which should fix any problems you are experiencing. We hope that you will make use of this resource and we are willing to give all of you time to process the information being provided, so please be patient with us and make sure you learn as much as you can so that you may make an informed decision.
