A COMRADE IN ARMS
I received the following e-mail message from a fellow attorney here in town who was told by his HOA that he had to remove his Georgia Bulldogs cover from his mailbox. If these guys were not smart enough to figure out not to mess with an attorney, they should have at least known better than to attack a fellow Georgia 'Dawg:
Hi Larry. I've
never had the opportunity to meet you in person although, I did attend a seminar
some time ago where you were a guest speaker on the topic of real estate since
that is my practice area. Anyhow, I'm an attorney at Boling Rice and Zack
told me that you and I both battle with our homeowner's association or at least
have in the past. Thought I'd send you a letter that I enjoyed drafting,
crafting and sending to my homeowner's association regarding my alleged
violation. Enjoy. Look forward to meeting you one day.
