FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE

One of my favorite movies is 1967's "Cool Hand Luke" that starred the likes of Paul Newman, Strother Martin and George Kennedy.  There is a scene in the movie that accurately describes the state of affairs in this neighborhood regarding the HOA Board and its members (like me), and I will leave it to you to make the necessary changes to the following statement of Strother Martin's character, Captain (who is the warden of the prison where Luke is incarcerated), when talking to the other prisoners about Luke's latest attempt to escape:

"What we've got here is... failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach.  So you get what we had here last week, which is the way he wants it... well, he gets it.  I don't like it any more than you men."
