I know there are a number of faithful
followers of these web pages who are disappointed that this matter appears to
have come to a close. All I can say is "stay tuned for more to come",
since if I have anything to say about it, getting this unconscionable waste of
homeowner resources and the court's time behind us is only the first part of a
multi-stage mission to fix the rule and leadership problems in this neighborhood
and to make sure that the best interests of the members of the HOA (including
me) are served by our elected leaders. My goal by the end of 2006 is to be
leading a group of HOA Board members and officers who take their fiduciary
obligations seriously and to rid this HOA of both a management company and law
firm who have shirked their professional responsibilities to it and given it the
worst possible advice while lining their own pockets and depleting the financial
resources of our HOA. Days of reckoning are still to come for a number of
the folks involved in this travesty, and as long as I am a resident of this
neighborhood and a member of this HOA, I will not rest until justice is done.
