THE PROPER LEGAL APPROACH
Many of the attendees at the July 25, 2006 special meeting were confused about how things were handled from a legal perspective and what might have been done. Because of the format of the meeting, I did not get to address those issues, but I think it would be enlightening for the neighbors to understand some alternative approaches to how this matter could have been handled from a legal perspective. While I wanted to get an update out here after last night's meeting letting those of you who could not be there know what happened, explaining what could (or should) have been done is something I will tackle as I get a chance over the next few weeks.
