If you have followed this at all through my Latest Updates link, you get a flavor for what I have been dealing with when it comes to the current HOA Board and its unwillingness to admit that it has erred.  I have offered the HOA Board and its counsel the opportunity to make whatever postings they want to these web pages to "set the record straight" if they believe I have misled my neighbors and the readers of these web pages, and their silence speaks volumes.  I have heard rumors that some believe this is just another case of a crafty lawyer getting his client off on a technicality, and I suggest to those ignorant souls that they take the time to educate themselves about this matter by checking out the links set forth above and the numerous older links on these web pages.  The great thing about a free society is that you get to make those determinations for yourself.
