Larry, hard to believe it's been a month since I last remarked on this situation. Please refer to my two earlier communiques (see initial comments [J. M. in January of 2006]; and second e-mail)

Are all your neighbors dead? Apathy is a disease and it would appear that your community caught it and all are gone! Too bad!! There was a chance (and may still be that this ridiculous charade could be stopped)--but only if some people will step up and demand it.

To me, it's apparent that this HOA is attempting to hide some action or inaction.

Why won't they provide you with the necessary documents you've asked for and are entitled to?
Why won't they meet with you?
Why does their counsel continue to "run up the bill"?
Why do authoritative groups not give a damn about their constituents?

I would encourage you to pursue this matter to its end. Don't give in to this apathetic morass. Keep going.
