By providing the information requested below, you are indicating the intent of the owners of the Property at the specified street address to sign a Quitclaim Deed and related settlement documents, thus eliminating the need for us to include them personally as parties in the Quiet Title Action.
Once you submit this information, you will be added to an email contact list and will receive further instructions by November 10, 2019 regarding the logistics of finalizing the settlement. You are not bound by any settlement until you sign a Quitclaim Deed and other settlement documents and all you are doing by submitting this information to us is indicating your intent to consider signing the Quitclaim Deed and proposed settlement documents we present to you.
All CRC residents who execute a settlement package will be relieved of any liability for damages or attorney's fees that otherwise might be assessed against them in their individual capacities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in the settlement package will relieve CRC residents from any obligations they may have as members of the CRC HOA, whether for special assessments or otherwise, with all claims against the CRC HOA and the named individual defendants in the Quiet Title Action being expressly reserved.
Any information you submit will be kept strictly confidential and will be used by us only in connection with the settlement of the claims against the individual property owners identified therein.
