THE SEARCH FOR ANSWERS

This has now become a search for the answers to these and other questions, and I do not intend to  stop until I have answered all of them:

Why has this matter been handled anonymously?  Did a past or present member of the HOA Board write the anonymous letter that was sent to me in July and was it published to others in the neighborhood besides me before I posted in on this web page?  Were defamatory statements made about me by complaining neighbors either in writing or verbally and did I suffer any damage as a result of same?  Why did the HOA Board find it necessary to send a letter from the HOA to the residents regarding the filing of the suit against me which contained untruthful and defamatory statements?  Have the members of the Board been good stewards of the HOA funds entrusted to them and have they fulfilled their fiduciary obligations to the HOA members in making the decisions they have made regarding this matter?  Did the HOA Board circulate a petition requesting permission to sue me (as my son was told by his buddy) and what statements were made about me at that time to justify the signatures by my neighbors?  Did people serving on the Board whom I have advised on personal legal issues abstain from voting to sue me?  Do the members of the Board have something against me and/or my family personally, and if so, what and why?  Is this litigation and the payment of the attorney's fees a prudent use of my HOA dues and those of my friends and neighbors?  Does it not defy logic that this litigation would continue when my driveway, sidewalk and landscaping are completed and I have committed to installing an approved mailbox as soon as the HOA either agrees to my January 3, 2006 counterproposal or provides me with the specifications for a mailbox as I requested by letter dated November 14, 2005?  How much has this HOA spent on attorney's fees in the past few years?  What was the final tab to the HOA in the Creech matter?  Why are we using a large law firm with offices in several cities to handle relatively simple matters that could be dealt with much more cost-effectively by a local law firm?  How much money has the HOA wasted on a management company that has no real authority and acts only as a middleman by its own admission?  When will my friends and neighbors decide that this matter has gone far enough and that it is time to end the madness?  Will the madness end before this matter passes the point of no return?  Am I really as principled as I contend to be or am I just bluffing?  What are the real chances that the HOA will be able to collect its attorney's fees from me?  When do my fines stop, and am I really liable for any of them?  Would a reasonably prudent person have acted any differently than me under the same or similar circumstances?  Will I be able to recover my own expenses of litigation and/or attorney's fees?  Do any of my neighbors care enough about the issues presented in this litigation to get involved and see that justice is done?  What is just under these circumstances?  Has our home or lot caused any decrease in the property values in High Gables?  Did anyone suffer any harm as a result of having to look at our gravel driveway for five months after we moved into the neighborhood?  What were the reasonable attorney's fees of the HOA with respect to this matter as of December 30, 2005 and what is the back-up from its counsel for same?
