consent and
proxy
for the members of the HOA to review, consider and use in connection with
the upcoming special meeting if they so desire. For reasons discussed below,
it is important that you complete these documents rather than the proxy
provided to you by the HOA Board. HOA members should simply find
their names in the following groupings (arranged alphabetically by last
name), print the page and sign and return
it to me either at my office (416 Pirkle Ferry Drive, Suite K-500, Cumming,
Georgia 30040) or my home (4250 High Gables East, Cumming, Georgia
30041) by mail or hand-delivery no later than Monday, July 24, 2006 (if
there are bunch of you, and I hope there are, someone please coordinate this
and assemble the documents, giving them all to me Monday night at my home).
